At one end of Phra Nang Beach close the the more famous Railay Beaches is a cave, named Princess Cave or Tham Phra Nang Nok.
It is believed by local fishermen to be the home of a mythical sea princess or goddess. A shrine is located inside the limestone cave which is dedicated to this ancient fertility goddess.
